GigRealm has announced ex-MD of Punch Pubs, Paul Pavli will be joining its board.
Pavli’s decades of industry insight will strengthen GigRealm as it continues to scale and expand into new territories, with a launch into the US market taking place in Q1 2023. Working alongside co-founder Tom Brady, Pavli will provide additional strategic support as the business enters this new phase of growth.
The value of Live Music & Entertainment continues to rise
Consumer demand is now at an all-time high, with an increased pressure on businesses to provide ‘experience-led’ offerings. This change in consumer attitude has shone a light on live music, especially at a time when customers are looking for exciting experiences that match up with their budgets as they continue to navigate a cost-of-living crisis.
Speaking on Pavli’s appointment, Brady said: “Paul brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the key challenges that both small and large businesses face in the sector today. With a focus on innovation, Paul will undoubtedly help GigRealm to grow whilst ensuring we continue to provide services that add value to the many businesses we work with.”
Technology is crucial in helping businesses gain access to an efficient solution that adds value to their business
Pavli adds: “Whilst live music is certainly a fantastic way to engage with consumers, providing them with something that cannot be replicated at home, the struggle many face is how to go about activating such an offering. Therefore, I’m excited to be working with Tom and the GigRealm team who have paved the way for venues to easily achieve this, whilst changing the way live music is done. It’s exciting to see technology play its part and give businesses an end-to-end solution that not only allows them to organise and book live music but is streamlining the entire process and doing away with the middlemen and admin that drive up costs.”
Paul Pavli’s appointment to GigRealm’s board is the latest to be announced following the appointment of Emma McClarkin OBE, Chief Exec of the British Beer & Pub Association, in 2021.
